Hello Beautiful Souls,
As we step into a new year, I’ve been reflecting on how much the wellness world has shifted – and what trends are on the horizon for 2026.
After months of speaking with practitioners, hosting gatherings, researching trends and trying new rituals myself, a clear theme has emerged, which we have gathered together in our 2026 modern wellness guide.
2026 is the year wellness becomes softer, more intelligent and far more human.
Here’s a Bright Souls take on what’s ahead…
1. Nervous System–First Wellness
We’re collectively overstimulated – and our bodies are asking for gentler support.
Expect more:
• softer breathwork
• somatic micro-practices
• grounding sound journeys
• spaces that regulate, not overwhelm
This is the era of nervous system respect.

2. Micro-Rituals, Not Maximal Routines
Wellness becomes woven into your day – not always a two-hour routine.
Small things that shift everything:
• one deep exhale
• two minutes of morning light
• red light while brushing your teeth
• a journal prompt
• PEMF before bed
Tiny rituals. Big impact.
3. Biological Dentistry Becomes Mainstream
The oral microbiome is finally getting attention.
Think:
• red light toothbrushes (the one I’m currently using)
• mineralising pastes
• biological dentists
• oral–gut–hormone awareness
A subtle but powerful evolution.
4. Sensory Wellness Takes the Lead
2026 will be deeply sensory: scent, sound, warmth, cold, texture, light.
Calm becomes experiential – not just conceptual.
5. Retreats Evolve
Long immersions still have their magic, but shorter escapes are rising.
Sometimes a 24-hour hotel stay or a three-hour evening workshop is enough to shift everything.
Wellness becomes more accessible, more realistic, more supportive of real life.

6. A Return to Slow, Foundational Wellness
This year, I’m keeping things simple.
This week I’m starting a personal experiment: Hydrogen at 11am every day – small, consistent, foundational.
2026 wellness is exactly that:
minerals, hydration, warmth, sleep, nourishment, nervous system care.
