  • Forest Bathing at Kew Gardens

    Forest Bathing at Kew Gardens is a guided wellbeing experience inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, designed to help guests slow down, reconnect with nature, and reduce everyday stress. Led by experts from the Forest Bathing Institute, the immersive sensory walk takes place through Kew’s tranquil arboretum, combining mindful breathing, gentle movement, and quiet observation beneath the canopy of trees. Set within the peaceful surroundings of the Royal Botanic Gardens, the session offers a calming escape from city life and leaves participants feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to the natural world.

  • Crafted Pool Party

    Crafted at Powermills, East Sussex
    SATURDAY 5TH SEPTEMBER

    One last swim, one last margarita and one last dance by the lake. This end-of-summer celebration brings together music, movement, food and good times, with a day of pool and lake swims, outdoor dining, cocktails and wellness workshops, all set to a soundtrack of DJs and live music. Headlined by legendary DJ Greg Wilson, with HiFi Sean poolside and more DJs throughout the day, the celebrations continue from laid-back afternoon sessions through sunset and into the night.

    Why we rate it: We love a wellness event that doesn’t take itself too seriously. Combining swimming, music, movement, great food and community, this is a feel-good way to squeeze every last drop out of summer.

  • The Rising Tide Retreat

    Fabrica X presents Detoxify Your Wardrobe (and Your Life), a two-day lifestyle reset festival bringing together almost 40 clean activewear, beauty and wellness brands, alongside expert talks, workshops, movement sessions and panel discussions exploring the impact of hidden chemicals such as PFAS in everyday products.

  • D’Oyly Carte Wellness Opening Ceremony

    This opening ceremony marks the start of the season with an immersive evening retreat centred around movement, mindfulness, and connection. Guests will flow through an empowering mat pilates session with Anthro-Contrology, restorative yoga on the wildflower lawn led by renowned instructor Cassie Awan, and a deeply relaxing sound meditation beneath the stars featuring gongs and crystal bowls by IO Project founder Sam. The evening concludes with a symbolic burning ceremony, herbal teas, oracle cards, journaling, and quiet reflection under the crescent moon – creating a space to release, reset, and step into the summer season feeling grounded, aligned, and renewed.

  • Journey Back to the Heart – Retreat

  • Silent Disco at Kew Gardens

    This is a unique after-hours music experience set inside the iconic Temperate House at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. Guests are invited to dance beneath the stunning Victorian glasshouse surrounded by rare and exotic plants, using wireless headphones with multiple music channels to switch between live DJs and different musical styles. Blending nightlife with nature, the event creates an immersive yet peaceful atmosphere, complete with drinks, street food, and a magical summer evening setting in one of London’s most extraordinary venues.

  • The Circle of Light: Equinox Celebration

    The Circle of the Light is a restorative wellness and sound healing series hosted at The Mandrake in London, led by Stephanie Mill (Lolo Sound & Energy). Inspired by the Equinoxes and Solstices, each immersive session combines guided meditation, candle rituals, crystal bowl sound baths, gong healing, and shamanic instruments to help guests reconnect with themselves and the natural rhythms of the Earth.   • HX26: Healf Experience

    HX26: The Healf Experience is a two-day immersive wellbeing event taking place at 180 Studios in London, bringing together globally recognised experts, innovative wellness brands, and interactive workshops focused on modern health and performance.   • Sweaty Sanctum

    Step into the tranquility of WellNest, a haven just around the corner from London Bridge station, for a SANCTUM experience like no other. This stunning venue, with its community and serene atmosphere, provides the perfect space to move, breathe, and connect on a deeper level.

    The start of a new ritual to empower the body, expand the mind and release through heat. A 55-minute Signature Sequence followed by a 20-minute Sanctum Guided Sauna Ritual.  

  • Between Worlds: New Moon in Pisces Sound Healing and Cacao

    Soma Home, Stoke Newington

    Dive deep with soothing sound healing and cacao under the New Moon in dreamy Pisces.

    This New Moon invites us into that liminal space, where the old hasn’t completely dissolved and the new hasn’t fully formed. Where we move away from linear progress and begin to trust the spiral.

    Lauren will begin the evening with intention setting and cacao, then move into a layered sound journey of gongs, crystal bowls and percussion – gently supporting emotional release, integration and deep rest.
