At Bright Souls, it’s in our nature to explore wellness from the inside out. Not to chase trends. Not to collect credentials. But to experience things fully, to live with them, feel their impact (or lack of it), and only then share back what feels genuinely supportive.
2025 was a year of deep exploration. Some of it intentional, some of it reactive, much of it quietly personal. We created experiences of our own, stepped into rooms as students, tested tools and practices in real life, and spent time with people whose work we deeply trust.
This isn’t a highlights reel. It’s a record of discernment.
The experiences we created
This year, we brought New Energies and Open to Abundance into the world – gatherings designed around breath, sound, nervous system care, connection and meaning.
These weren’t about spectacle. They were about creating containers where people could pause, soften and reconnect – with themselves and with each other.
What stood out most wasn’t any single practice, but the themes that surfaced again and again: the need for safety before expansion, grounding before growth, and presence before performance.
Those lessons continue to shape everything Bright Souls does.

The rooms we entered as students
Alongside creating, we spent time learning.
From large-scale industry spaces like the Health Optimisation Summit and HX25 with Healf, to quieter conversations and shared moments, we paid attention not just to what was being presented – but how it was being held.
What felt aligned was thoughtful, human and grounded.
What felt noisy promised optimisation without context.
Being in these rooms reinforced something we’ve long believed: wellness doesn’t need more information – it needs better filtering.
The tools we lived with
Some of the most meaningful exploration happened quietly, day to day.
In the office, hours spent on our PEMF mat from Celler8 became less about “biohacking” and more about gentle support – a way to regulate, ground and reset between long days.
We experimented with supplements and functional tools, including Ancient + Brave and H₂ Tabs, noticing what felt supportive over time rather than instantly impressive.
At home, we tested red light, vibration plates and other wellness upgrades – not as routines to perfect, but as tools to integrate when they genuinely helped.
The biggest lesson?
Supportive tools work best when they’re lived with, not forced.
The practices and spaces we explored
Throughout the year, we moved between practices designed to regulate, release and restore.
From movement and mindfulness at Sanctum to sensory nervous-system support at Mind Oasis, from breath and sound to tapping, cryo and stillness – each offered something different.
Not everything worked every time.
Not everything needed repeating.
What mattered was understanding when something helped, why it helped, and who it was really for.
The people we trust
Wellness is ultimately delivered by people.
This year, we worked alongside – and learned from – practitioners who bring depth, care and integrity to their work. People who understand that holding space is as important as technique, and that impact isn’t measured in volume.
We’re deeply grateful for the wisdom and steadiness of people like Estelle Bingham, Ruth, Charlie Moult, Nicola Morgan, and Stuart & Nova at Breathpod – and many others who continue to shape how we think about modern wellbeing.
These relationships are the foundation of what comes next.
What we’re carrying forward
If this year taught us anything, it’s this:
Less noise.
More discernment.
Fewer promises.
More presence.
Bright Souls exists to create and curate experiences, stories and guides – not so you have to try everything yourself, but so you can make more informed, grounded choices about what might genuinely support you.
As we move forward, this lived experience feeds directly into:
- The Bright Edit – our curated selection of tools we actually use
- Our forthcoming Practitioners space – a trusted way to find people we genuinely recommend
- Ongoing editorial designed to make modern wellness feel more human, more doable, and less overwhelming
We’ll keep listening.
We’ll keep learning.
And we’ll keep sharing – thoughtfully, gently, and with care.
