At Bright Souls, one of the questions we are asked most often is surprisingly simple.
“Do you know someone good for…?”
A breathwork practitioner.
A sound healer.
A somatic coach.
Someone thoughtful and magnetic who can guide a group through a meaningful workshop.
Again and again the request comes down to the same thing – people.
Not just modalities, trends or techniques, but the individuals holding the work. The person in the room, the voice guiding the experience. The practitioner whose presence makes the difference between something that feels performative and something that genuinely helps. Over the past few years we have been quietly building a trusted network of people we would recommend without hesitation.
Today we are very pleased to introduce something we have been developing behind the scenes.
Our Bright Souls People Guide.

A Curated Selection
Our People Guide is not designed to be an exhaustive directory – there are already many platforms doing that well. Instead, this space is intentionally more considered. Every practitioner featured here has been chosen because of how they work, not simply what they do.
We are interested in practitioners who hold their work with care. People who are thoughtful about the nervous system, grounded in their approach and experienced enough to create sessions that genuinely support others.
Our aim is simple; when someone discovers a practitioner through Bright Souls, they can trust that the work has been thoughtfully considered.

Why We Created It
Interestingly, the idea for the guide kept resurfacing in conversation.
A friend of mine who works in HR for a large global brand recently told me how difficult it can be to find truly good practitioners when organising workshops or wellbeing experiences for teams. The internet is full of options, but it can be surprisingly hard to know who is genuinely experienced, who holds space well, and who people actually trust.
Again and again we hear the same question: “Do you know someone good for this?”
Our People Guide is our answer to that.
Some people may reach out to us directly for introductions or ask our Concierge to help shortlist practitioners for events or team experiences. But in many cases the guide will work in a simpler way, people will discover a practitioner, explore their work, perhaps visit their Instagram or website and reach out to them directly.
The goal is not to sit in the middle of every booking; It is simply to make the discovery of thoughtful practitioners easier.
Our Founding Practitioners
To begin, the guide launches with a small group of Founding Practitioners. These are people we already know and trust. Practitioners we have worked with through Bright Souls events, collaborated with professionally, or experienced personally.
Over time the guide will grow slowly and thoughtfully. This is not about scale, it is about trust.

Applying to Join the Guide
We know there are many excellent practitioners doing thoughtful work, and we would love to discover more of them.
If you feel your practice aligns with the ethos of Bright Souls, you are warmly invited to express interest in joining the guide.
We have created a short form where you can share a little about your work, your training, and the type of sessions or experiences you offer.
Our team reviews each submission carefully. If it feels like a strong alignment, we will send further information about the guide and the practitioner listing options.
You can share your details here: Apply to be considered for the Bright Souls People Guide HERE.
A Growing Wellness Ecosystem
Our People Guide sits alongside the other parts of Bright Souls many of you already know.
Our What’s On in Wellness page shares a considered edit of upcoming workshops, retreats and gatherings that have caught our attention.

The Bright Edit is where we share the tools and rituals that genuinely support our own wellbeing.

The guide simply adds another layer to this ecosystem. A place where trusted people can be discovered when someone is looking for meaningful support.
A Thoughtful Invitation
If you are a practitioner reading this and feel a resonance with what we are building, we warmly invite you to share your details through the form.
And if you are simply looking for someone who might support your wellbeing right now, we hope the Bright Souls People Guide becomes a trusted place to begin.
Because in the end, wellness is rarely about trends or tools, it is about people.
Always gratefully,
Lauren
