The Bright Guide to Wellness Festivals 2026

Wellness festivals are no longer niche, people are choosing them, not necessarily instead of everything else, but alongside it. A weekend that still feels social and expansive, just without the crash at the end of it.

Some are built entirely around wellbeing, others are music and cultural festivals that have evolved quietly to include space for movement, rest and something a little more grounding.

The best ones don’t feel like they are trying too hard. You go for the atmosphere, the setting, the people. You leave feeling clearer, softer, slightly more yourself again. These are the ones listed below.

The Wellness-Led Festivals

Soul CircusCotswolds, UK

This is one of the most beautifully balanced wellness festivals in the UK.

It manages to bring together yoga, sound, movement, conversation and music without ever feeling over-programmed. You can dip in and out, spend time properly eating, properly resting, and still feel part of it. There’s an ease to it that’s hard to replicate.

Wellnergy FestivalLondon, UK

More urban, more energetic, but still rooted in feeling good.

Wellnergy brings together fitness, talks and modern wellbeing in a way that feels accessible and social. It leans slightly more “day festival” than deep retreat, which is part of the appeal.

The Wellness Way FestivalWasing Park, UK

Set in the woodlands of Wasing Park, this feels more like a gathering than a traditional festival.

Built from the Wellness Way Podcast, it brings together speakers, workshops and nature-led experiences with a strong focus on personal responsibility and community health. It’s a little more alternative, a little more questioning, and for the right person, that’s exactly the draw.

The Medicine FestivalBerkshire, UK

Medicine sits in its own category.

It’s deeper, more emotional, and often more transformative than people expect. Music, ceremony and workshops are woven together in a way that creates something that feels genuinely immersive. Not for everyone, but very powerful for some.

Wellness in the WildUK

Smaller, softer and more nature-led.

Less about performance, more about connection. The kind of weekend where you spend more time outside than anywhere else, and that alone does most of the work.

Wild Love Festival Brighton, UK

Branded as a ‘festival for the soul’. Open-hearted, expressive and a little untamed.

A celebration of connection in all its forms – to self, to others, to the natural world. Expect moments of joy, softness and spontaneity woven together. Less about spectacle, more about feeling. The kind of weekend where you follow what feels good, and that’s exactly where the magic happens.

Verve Festival Dorset, UK

Bright, energising and quietly uplifting.

A gentle spark rather than a full blaze – designed to leave you feeling recharged, not overwhelmed. Think meaningful conversations, lightness, and a sense of ease throughout. Less about intensity, more about flow. The kind of weekend where inspiration comes naturally, simply by being there.

Cultural Festivals with a Wellness Edge

Not labelled as wellness festivals, but increasingly shaped by it.

Wilderness FestivalOxfordshire, UK

Still one of the most stylish UK festivals, but what makes it interesting now is the balance.

You can move from a long lunch to a yoga class, from a swim to a late-night set, without it feeling disjointed. The wellness space is woven in, not separate.

The Good Life SocietyHawarden Estate, Wales

Slower, more considered and quietly luxurious. Food, nature, craft and conversation sit at the centre. It attracts people who are as interested in how things are made and experienced as they are in what’s happening on a schedule.

First Light FestivalSuffolk, UK

There is something about being by the sea that shifts everything. First Light leans into that, with early swims, sunrise energy and a softer pace across the day. It feels genuinely restorative without trying to be.

We Out HereDorset, UK

Music-led, but with a thoughtful crowd and a more spacious energy. There’s room to wander, to pause, to not feel like you have to be “on” the whole time.

Green ManWales, UK

Set in the Brecon Beacons, this is one of the most atmospheric festivals in the UK.

Nature does a lot of the work here. Long walks, slower mornings and a sense of space that balances everything else.

TerraformaItaly

More niche, more design-led.

It attracts a creative, considered crowd and leans into sustainability, sound and environment rather than obvious wellness markers.

Worthy Earth Festival – Hampshire, UK

Grounded, intentional and deeply rooted in the land. Centred around folk & global dance music.

A weekend that invites you to slow right down and remember what matters. Less about doing, more about being – with space to reconnect to the earth beneath your feet and the people around you. The kind of gathering where the landscape shapes the rhythm, and nature does most of the work.

Family-Friendly Options

Into the Wild FestivalUK

One of the few festivals that genuinely works for both adults and children.

Creative, nature-led and expansive, with workshops, freedom to explore and a softer rhythm that feels more aligned with how families actually want to spend time.

Camp BestivalUK

‘Designed by families for families’. Wellness spaces now sit alongside the music and spectacle, offering moments to reset within the experience rather than outside it.

A Different Kind of Festival Energy

What’s shifting isn’t just the programming, it’s the intention.

There’s less desire to come back from a weekend feeling completely depleted. More interest in experiences that feel good while you’re in them.

That might mean starting the day differently, choosing a swim over another drink, letting there be space between things. Not restrictive, just more aware.
